Enter number of participants and duration. You’ll see right away how many teams and stations you need. A station is where two teams meet for a match (a room or a corner of the park, about 5×5 m). You choose the stations and label them A, B, C. Example: 40 participants → 6 teams, 3 stations.

Questions about running your own team building event
Is this an in-person or online team building event?
Instant Team Building is an in-person event – everyone plays together at the same location, indoors or outdoors. It’s not a virtual or hybrid event. The games happen in the real world, not on a screen.
Do we need an external facilitator or event leader?
No – it’s self-run. Instant Team Building runs the event for you. You start it, then take part like everyone else.
How does an event work in practice?
You divide everyone into teams, and each team picks one person with a phone. That person sees which station to go to and who they’re playing, plays audio instructions out loud and enters the score. Teams then move on to the next station and opponent. Instant Team Building handles pairings, games and the running total.
Do participants need to install an app?
No – there’s nothing to install, and only one phone per team is needed. One team member scans a QR code that opens the event in the browser – any smartphone with internet access and a charged battery works. Everyone else can leave their phones in their pockets.
Where can we run it, and how much space do we need?
Instant Team Building runs anywhere you can fit a few stations – a park, a sports field, a large hall or a set of meeting rooms. Each station needs about 5×5 m, and they should be far enough apart that the audio doesn’t carry between them – around 30 m outdoors, or separate rooms with doors shut.
What kinds of activities are included?
Light physical challenges – One-Legged Wrestling, Tail Snatch – mixed with calmer games like Music Quiz and Time Estimation, and every match includes both. They are quick to explain, need nothing to buy and are built to make people laugh.
What if someone can’t or doesn’t want to take part?
Nobody has to. Most games are played as short one-on-one duels, and team members volunteer for each one, so anyone can sit one out without being singled out. Every match pairs a physical game with a calmer one – there’s something for every level of fitness and mobility.
Who keeps score, and how is a winner decided?
The teams keep score themselves. After each game, both teams enter the result on their own phones, and it only counts once they agree. No team is eliminated – points add up across all matches, so every team plays the whole event. The team with the most points at the end wins.
How much does a team building event cost?
Instant Team Building costs €9 per participant, excluding VAT. There are no subscriptions, licenses or hidden fees, and you can pay by card or invoice. Every account also gets a free mini-event for 2–4 people to try first.
Can we add our own logo and color?
Yes – an Instant Team Building event can carry your company logo and color, so it looks like yours rather than ours.
What languages is the event available in?
Instant Team Building is currently available in English. More languages are on the way.
What if the numbers change, or we need to cancel?
You can change the number of participants until you confirm the event – after that the headcount is fixed. You can confirm right up until the event starts, but do it the day before – less risk of forgetting and it leaves time in case there’s a problem with the payment. If people drop out on the day, spread the rest across the teams – every team needs to play for the event to work. Cancellation is free until the event starts; after that it isn’t refundable.
